How The HAB Works
The Body and Parachute
The body is made out of a condensed foam block. We carved out the inside of the block and attached a parachute.

The Sensors
The sensor we are using is from DFRobot and it measures CO2 levels. We hooked it up to a breadboard, then programming it with an Arduino.
An Arduino is an open-source computing platform.

The Balloon!
This is our High-altitude balloon. It is a heavy duty latex balloon. If only it could glow in the dark...

The Camera Mount
The camera mount is also made of the same material as the body. Handcrafted and sculpted by our group, the camera mount is ready for space!

The Camera
We needed a camera that could withstand very cold temperatures. We will be using a YELIN 1080p action camera.
